TERMS:
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required on all special orders.
  • Full payment of special orders due 10 days after order arrives in our store.
  • If an order cannot be cancelled with the manufacturer, full payment of the order will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Not responsible for dye-lot variations on special orders.
  • An interest charge of 1.5% per month, an annual percentage rate of 18% will be charged to all past due accounts.
  • Alterations are not included in the purchase price.  If alterations are needed, The Bridal Room can refer you to a local seamstress.  Their fees are separate from your purchase through The Bridal Room.
